Q. Can I come and visit the water buffalo?
Yes, please come see our water buffalo. They are very social and love visitors. Depending on your timing, you may also be able to watch our yogurt and mozzarella being made. We are not currently set up to give formal tours, but we welcome visitors to stop by and see us. We also sell all of our products at the farm.
Q. I've never tried water buffalo milk products. Are they really as delicious as you say?

Q. What are Probiotic Cultures?
Probiotics, which means "beneficial to life," are live cultures that provide many health benefits beyond basic nutrition. Research indicates that these essential "good” bacteria have the ability to promote healthy digestion, increase immunity, and may help prevent the development of cancer-causing toxins throughout the body. Bufala di Vermont Yogurts have five live active cultures to promote this wide array of health benefits.
Q. What makes Bufala di Vermont Yogurt suitable for some people with lactose intolerance issues?
Our yogurt culturing process metabolizes the majority of the lactose in the milk, so less remains in the finished yogurt. The probiotic cultures act like the body's naturally occurring lactase, which is absent in lactose intolerant people. If you have a problem with lactose intolerance, we recommend consulting your health care provider to determine if water buffalo milk yogurt may be a good option for you.
Q. Are Bufala di Vermont Products All Natural?
Yes, all of our products are All Natural. This means we don’t use any preservatives, artificial thickeners, growth hormones, or anitibiotics.
Q. What is the nutrition profile of Bufala di Vermont yogurt?
In addition to the beneficial combination of carbohydrates, protein, and fat, Bufala di Vermont yogurt is a great source of calcium, B vitamins, and probiotic cultures. Itis the perfect on-the-go meal!
