Banana Bread with Plain Bufala di Vermont Yogurt

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 2/3 cup of plain Bufala di Vermont Yogurt
  • 1/3 cup of honey. 0.5 cup of brown sugar
  • 1.5 cup of mashed banana
  • 1 tea spoon vanilla extract
  • 2 1/4 cup flour
  • 1.5 tea spoon of baking powder
  • 1/2 tea spoon of salt
  • 1 cup almonds (optional)
  • 1 spoon of baking soda

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, beat the egg until light colored. Add plain Bufala di Vermont Yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and salt. Put the banana mash to the mix and the almonds.
