Banana Bread with Plain Bufala di Vermont Yogurt
Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 2/3 cup of plain Bufala di Vermont Yogurt
- 1/3 cup of honey. 0.5 cup of brown sugar
- 1.5 cup of mashed banana
- 1 tea spoon vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cup flour
- 1.5 tea spoon of baking powder
- 1/2 tea spoon of salt
- 1 cup almonds (optional)
- 1 spoon of baking soda
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, beat the egg until light colored. Add plain Bufala di Vermont Yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and salt. Put the banana mash to the mix and the almonds.
