Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of Orange Juice
  • 1/2 Orange cut in pieces
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Salt
  • 1/4 cup of cooking oil
  • 3 Bay leaves
  • 2 lbs. Bufala di Vermont loin

Directions:

Slice the meat into 6 pieces. Mix the garlic, ground cumin, and salt. Marinate the meat with the Mix. Add the orange juice, oil, and bay leaves. Marinate for 15 minutes. Put in the oven at 400 degrees for half and hour.
