Bufala di Vermont a la Vinegar (Grill)

Ingredients:

  • 4 filets of Bufala di Vermont (loin)
  • 1/4 cup of vinegar
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/4 tea spoon of ground cumin
  • 1/2 spoon of salt
  • 1/2 tea spoon of dried oregano
  • 1/4 tea spoon of chili pepper sauce
  • 1/4 tea spoon of cooking oil

Directions:

Blend the garlic, ground cumin, chili pepper sauce and salt. Marinate the cutlets for 0.5 hour. Then, put vinegar, oregano and cooking oil on the meat. Cook on the grill.
