Bufala di Vermont BBQ (Beer seasoning)

Ingredients:
- 4 Bufala di Vermont loin cutlets (loin cuts)
- 1/2 glass of beer (regular or dark ale)
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 tea spoon of ground cumin
- Salt
- 1/2 tea spoon of dry oregano
- 1/2 tea spoon of grinded chili pepper
- 4 tea spoons of cooking oil
Directions:
Mix in blender the garlic, chili sauce and salt and apply to the meat. Add beer, oregano and cooking oil. Marinate for 1/2 hour before putting the meat on the grill.
