Bufala di Vermont Cheesecake
Easy & Delicious
Ingredients:
4 eggs
2 8-oz packages of cream cheese
2 6-oz containers of Bufala di Vermont Maple Yogurt
1 graham cracker crust (homemade or store-bought)
Directions
In a small bowl, combine 4 eggs and beat well.
In a separate, large bowl blend cream cheese & yogurt until smooth.
Add eggs & mix again until blended and smooth.
Add to graham cracker crust and bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes.
Cool on wire rack for 30 minutes and then let sit in fridge for at least 3 hours before serving.
Top with fresh berries
