Bufala di Vermont Cheesecake

Easy & Delicious

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 8-oz packages of cream cheese
  • 2 6-oz containers of Bufala di Vermont Maple Yogurt
  • 1 graham cracker crust (homemade or store-bought)

Directions

  • In a small bowl, combine 4 eggs and beat well.
  • In a separate, large bowl blend cream cheese & yogurt until smooth.
  • Add eggs & mix again until blended and smooth.
  • Add to graham cracker crust and bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes.
  • Cool on wire rack for 30 minutes and then let sit in fridge for at least 3 hours before serving.
  • Top with fresh berries
