Fruit Muesli

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup orange juice or apple juice
  • 1/2 cup Bufala di Vermont Yogurt, plain or flavor of your choice
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen fruit (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, sliced strawberries, coarsely chopped peaches, apples, etc.)
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon chopped almonds

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients, except almonds.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • Top with almonds and eat!
