Tzatziki Dip

Ingredients

  • 4 (6oz) containers of Bufala di Vermont Plain Yogurt
  • 2 Cucumbers, peeled, seeded, and diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
  • 1 ½ tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon of salt, or more to taste

Directions

  • Blend yogurt with other ingredients and chill before serving.
