Ingredients
4 (6oz) containers of Bufala di Vermont Plain Yogurt
2 Cucumbers, peeled, seeded, and diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
1 ½ tablespoons fresh lemon juice
½ teaspoon of salt, or more to taste
Directions
Blend yogurt with other ingredients and chill before serving.
