Shipping Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products and our desire to deliver them to you in perfect condition, shipping options may be limited to UPS 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air delivery depending on where you live in the United States. You will be able to choose from the shipping options available to you, based on your address, when you place your order. In the northeast (ME, VT, NH, MA, RI, CT, NY, NJ, PA, DE, MD, VA, WV), you have the option to choose GROUND delivery which will get your package to you in 1-2 days. In all other parts of the country you will need to choose UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air.

If you live in Canada, please choose from the UPS Worldwide shipping options.

All packages are shipped in specially insulated containers with ice packs. This ensures that the product remains cool while in transit, regardless of its final destination. Please keep this in mind when you see the shipping & handling rates for product.

If for some reason your package takes longer than 48 hours to arrive and you have concerns about the quality of the products, please contact Customer Service at (802) 457-4540 or email sales@bufaladivermont.com.

Shipping Schedule

It could take from 24 hours to a week for us to process your order due to production schedule. Currently, we only ship on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays (holiday weeks may vary). If you are ordering mozzarella, your order may be delayed based on our production schedule and availability of fresh mozzarella. We will let you know when your order will ship.

We do not offer Saturday delivery.

We ship within the United States and Canada only. Sorry, we do not ship to other international destinations at this time.

If you entered a wrong shipping address and your package has shipped, we are happy to contact UPS and do our best to reroute your package. Please note, however, that we will not assume responsibility for any incorrect addresses provided to us. In the event that the package can be rerouted in transit, delivery, return and re-delivery charges will apply. We also will not assume responsibility for time-in-transit damage due to address errors.

Please note: UPS does not ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

We are unable to replace items that perish due to the recipient being unavailable at the time of delivery. Our boxes are clearly marked "perishable" on the outside and we are not responsible for the items received but not opened. Please make sure that you or your recipient will be in town on the date that your order is due to arrive.

SHIPPING COSTS

Our shipping costs are calculated by UPS and are based on delivery method, geography, and weight of package. A $10.00 handling fee is also added to all orders to cover the cost of the shipping materials and labor.

MINIMUM ORDER SIZE

We require a minimum order of $30 (not including shipping & handling costs) to fulfill your order.
